Booking Notice

We require at least 2 weeks notice — the more time given, the better we can prepare.

Setup Time

Set up takes 2–4 hours depending on the package.

Travel

Travel is included within a 15-mile radius. Beyond that, a $3 charge per mile applies. Hotel approval may be required for certain setups.

Rush Orders

A rush fee applies for bookings with less than 2 weeks notice. Need something sooner? Contact us anyway — we are happy to help anyone in need of our services.

Holiday Bookings

Holidays book early — Valentine's & New Year's especially.

Deposit & Balance

A 50% deposit is required to book. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the booking.
