Booking Notice
We require at least 2 weeks notice — the more time given, the better we can prepare.
Rush Orders
A rush fee applies for bookings with less than 2 weeks notice. Need something sooner? Contact us anyway — we are happy to help anyone in need of our services.
Setup & Removal
Set up takes 2–4 hours depending on the package. Removal and clean-up is available for an extra fee ($50 charge) with the Standard and Premium packages, and is included complimentary with the VIP package.
Travel
Based in Skokie, Illinois. Travel is included within a 15-mile radius — covering Evanston, Wilmette, Niles, Morton Grove, Lincolnwood, Park Ridge, Glenview, Northbrook, Des Plaines, Chicago, and surrounding areas. Beyond that, a $3 charge per mile applies. Hotel approval may be required for certain setups.
Holiday Bookings
Holidays book early — Valentine's & Sweetest Day especially.
Deposit & Balance
A 50% deposit is required to book. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the booking date.
Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable — they cover the purchase of materials for your setup.
